Ordering Custom Boots

Morgan will never forget the anticipation of getting my first pair of custom cowboy boots. Deciding on a design, colors, and details, and then the anxious wait for them to arrive made it an involved and exiting process.

Custom cowboy boots take a long time to create, but they’re worth the wait and last a lifetime with proper care.

Measuring in Person

The key to a truly custom cowboy boot is measuring your feet in person. When we measure your feet, whether it’s in Sun Valley, Idaho, Texas, or somewhere in between, you will have the opportunity to look through swatches, talk about design, and begin making decisions for your bespoke boots.

Building Lasts, Patterning, and Finalizing the Design and Materials

Custom measurements means that we are able to adjust your last, the basis of your boot, to make a comfy fit to wear all day. After completing your lasts, we create custom patterns, work with you to finalize the design, and acquire all the materials to make a boot just for you. We only use the finest leather and make sure we have the perfect color and texture to make your design come to life.

Construction, Finishing, and Delivery

With over 300 steps to build a pair of custom cowboy boots, we use a variety of specialty tools and vintage machinery built specifically for cowboy boots. Shining to a mirror finish, we want to start you out with boots to wow your friends, but they’re meant to be worn and not sit on a shelf.

We will hand-deliver your boots if you’re in Sun Valley, Idaho, or mail them to you for an additional fee.

To order your own custom cowboy boots, please reach out to us here to schedule a measurement! We’re currently booked through 2026. Appointments for measurements can be made in Idaho, Texas, and places in between.
